This Customer Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the purchaser (“Customer”) and Clientechhub (“Company”), and applies to the purchase and use of the Clientech Business Suite (“Product”), a digital business system provided by the Company.
By purchasing the Product and/or any related services, the Customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Payment Authorization
By purchasing the Product, Customer authorizes Clientechhub to charge the designated payment method for the full amount owed, including fees for digital product delivery, platform access, and add-ons. Chargebacks or disputes are prohibited after delivery (see Section 9).
Upon payment, Customer will receive a Purchaser Agreement to sign. Once completed, access to the Clientech Business Suite will be delivered via email within 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery includes: Pre-built business system Onboarding instructions
3. License & Usage Rights
The Clientech Business Suite is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, duplicate, or redistribute the Product without a separate licensing agreement.
The system runs on a proprietary platform requiring a $249/month subscription, billed automatically each month. This fee powers the CRM, automations, scheduling tools, and communication systems.
Subscription starts 30 days after activation and payment details must be added within 3 business days of delivery. Failure to do so may result in restricted access.
Failed Payments: 15-day grace period to resolve failed charges 30-day nonpayment may result in account termination and loss of license
All sales are final.
Due to the digital and customizable nature of the Product, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

The Product is designed to be user-friendly and plug-and-play. Support is self-guided unless additional services are purchased separately. One-on-one support, tech assistance, or customization is not included by default.
7. Third-Party Costs
Clientechhub integrates with tools that may involve extra charges (e.g., texting, calling, AI, or email services). These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Clientechhub is not liable for third-party costs.
We do not guarantee business results. Your outcome depends on implementation, market, and individual efforts.

Initiating a chargeback without cause is a breach of this agreement and will result in:

11. Limitation of Liability
Clientechhub is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.
12. Legal & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in

Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and never sold or shared without consent.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of any changes.
15. Electronic Consent
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are electronically signing this Agreement and accept all terms herein.
